You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original condition, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email if your refund was approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
